Seminars of Dr. Vladislav Matrenitsky are based on the teaching of "Un-Hun - the Sound of Sun".
Developed from ancient traditions of Khoomei and shamanism, enriched by decades of personal experience, this teaching became a powerful system of spiritual development and health improving.
There are three levels of study:
1. "True sound can be only in healthy body".
Using a special sound exercises, breathing techniques, movements, shamanic dances, rhythms and balance practices, self-massage, etc., - restore your health.
2. "Only now your meditation will work".
Now you are able, using a sound practice, develop the energy centers of Deer and Turtle in the low belly and raise your energy to the level, when it starts to work for broadening of your consciousness.
3. "It is time came when you can really help".
With development of your practice, from growing exceed of your energy, you became able to use it for healing and teaching.
